Raffaele Vergnani
Raffaele joined POLIS in July 2021.
He is currently involved in several H2020 EU-funded projects focusing on multimodal mobility, logistics, and traffic efficiency, such as MOVE21, LEAD, ST4W. He is the coordinator of the Urban Freight Working Group.
He has also been involved in +10 studies commissioned by the EU Commission and the EU Parliament and took part in international working groups focused on transport and tourism (Alpine Convention).
Before joining POLIS, he worked as a Project Officer for Eurac Research, as a Transport policy Expert for TRT Trasporti e Territorio and as a Network planning Manager for Flixmobility. He holds a Master's degree in Geography and Spatial Planning from the University of Bologna.
