Urban mobility at 360 degrees: Discover the #POLIS25 side events

The Annual POLIS Conference 2025 is getting closer! In addition to the session and site visits, POLIS projects and Working Groups will host several side events to concretely showcase our work on sustainable urban mobility.

After a record-breaking edition in 2024 with over 1,000 participants, this year’s Annual POLIS Conference 2025 is hosted by the City of Utrecht, our current POLIS President. The event will take place on 26-27 November 2025 in the Beatrix Building (Royal Jaarbeurs), next to Utrecht Central Station and within walking distance from the city centre.

Alongside 32 dynamic sessions, two high-level plenaries, and five site visits exploring Utrecht's innovative mobility solutions, the conference will feature unmissable side events showcasing innovation, collaboration, and policy insight across Europe’s sustainable mobility landscape. These side events offer unique opportunities to discover practical innovations in urban mobility and engage with leading experts from our projects and Working Groups.
