You read it right: POLIS and TU/ecomotive have partnered to plan a very exciting event. The TU/ecomotive team will arrive at the POLIS office in Brussels on September 15 to present Eterna, their brand-new concept car and take part in an exciting discussion on sustainable mobility and innovation with other key speakers, including presentations from the SCALE and eCharge4Drivers projects. Want to find out more about this mystery electric car and event? Keep on reading!

Eterna: The car that lasts a lifetime

The TU/ecomotive group

TU/ecomotive is a very much driven student team of the Eindhoven University of Technology. The group, which consists of around 30 students, focuses on developing sustainable and innovative concept cars. From Penny, 'the shell eco-marathon car' (2013) to Lina, 'the car that nature would have built' (2017), and many others like Isa, Nova, Luca, and Zem, the time has now come for Eterna, ''the car that lasts a lifetime'' (2023).

This new car remains at the moment a very best kept secret and mystery in the field. But you are in luck: This electric vehicle will be shown on a promotional tour through Europe, with its very final stop being the POLIS network office!

This final event in Brussels will serve as an exciting wrap-up of the tour and farewell (for now) to this car, consisting of a unique (and final!) opportunity to learn more about the vehicle, but also about POLIS network, interesting projects like eCharge4Drivers and SCALE, and of course, the future of urban mobility.
