Busworld Europe 2025

The world’s leading trade fair for the bus and coach industry is back for a new edition! Busworld Europe 2025 will take place in Brussels from 4 to 9 October.

Busworld Europe is the go-to event for the bus and coach industry. Combining a large-scale vehicle and component exhibition with high-level conferences, this six-day exhibition showcases the latest innovations and the excellence in the sector.

First held in 1971, Busworld Europe is the oldest and largest bus and coach-only exhibition in the world.  Held every two years, this event is the epicentre of the industry, gathering over 40 thousand visitors, more than 500 exhibitors, and more than 250 vehicles on display.


What to expect

Busworld Europe brings together manufacturers, suppliers, and mobility experts from all over the world. The latest innovations and trends in the world of buses and coaches are displayed and discussed here, from leading global brands to local start-ups.

The rich programme includes live exhibitions, conferences, online events, and a networking dinner, during which bus people can network, do business, share knowledge and best practices.

The Busworld Europe 2025 Congress organises bold sessions that connect policies, technological innovations, and market trends. The Congress offers six different tracks:
