The European Conference on Results from Road Transport Research (RTR Conference) 2026 will be held in Brussels (Belgium) from 10 to 12 February 2026 - make sure to save the date!
Now in its ninth edition, the RTR Conference continues to set the benchmark for showcasing the latest breakthroughs in European-funded road transport research. Across three inspiring days, 98 cutting-edge projects will take the stage to present their results and achievements in 32 sessions, organised under 11 thematic areas that capture the full spectrum of Europe’s innovation in road transport. The conference offers a pan-European perspective on how research is shaping the future of mobility—driving cleaner technologies, strengthening the economy, and creating lasting benefits for people and the planet!
This flagship event is jointly organised by the European Road Transport Research Advisory Council (ERTRAC), the European Green Vehicles Initiative Association for the 2Zero Partnership (EGVIAfor2Zero), the Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility Association (CCAM Association), and the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Research & Innovation, with the valued support of the Batteries European Partnership Association (BEPA).
