Take the survey on mobility use cases for authorities’ access to vehicle and vehicle ownership information
POLIS is inviting local and regional authorities to share their views on access to vehicle and vehicle ownership information in several mobility use cases.
The survey covers use cases from current EU legislation (e.g. UVARs, European parking card for persons with disabilities, Euro7), urban freight and logistics (e.g. curb-side management, ZEZs), as well as advanced use cases (e.g. barrier-free off-street parking, compliance of driverless vehicles). In each of the cases, it asks authorities to indicate the urgency, importance, and acceptance level towards private and commercial vehicle and vehicle ownership information exchange.
The goal of the survey is to have a complete overview of the priorities of local and regional authorities and to inform the understanding of different current—and future—mobility use cases. The results will help inform the Expert Group on Urban Mobility’s (EGUM) work in implementing the 2021 EU Urban Mobility Framework.
