IFP Energies nouvelles

IFP Energies nouvelles (IFPEN) is a public body and a major research and training player in the fields of energy, transport and the environment. In the field of transport, IFPEN develops technologies to reduce the emissions and CO2 and other GHG footprint associated with road and air transport. Its research work relates to low-carbon fuels, vehicle electrification and software dedicated to clean mobility. IFPEN advises the French government on options to reduce emissions, and provides support to the cities (e.g. Lyon, Marseille, Paris) for the monitoring and governance of the air quality.
