ITS European Congress 2025

The 16th ITS European Congress, organised by ERTICO – ITS Europe, will be hosted by the City of Seville (Spain) from 19 to 21 May under the theme 'Clean, resilient and connected mobility'.

Organised by ERTICO – ITS Europe and hosted by the City of Seville, with support from the Spanish Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility, the Directorate General for Traffic, the Andalusian Government, and ITS Spain, this Congress will gather over 3,500 experts from across Europe and beyond to explore solutions for 'Clean, resilient, and connected mobility'.

This year's central theme highlights the urgent need for transportation systems that are sustainable, adaptable, and technologically advanced. As cities grow and demands rise, the importance of environmental sustainability, resilience to disruptions, and seamless connectivity become self-evident and yet implementation is still coming short of catching up.

As mentioned by Joost Vantomme, CEO of ERTICO – ITS Europe:

'The 16th ITS European Congress in Seville marks a crucial juncture for all stakeholders to convene and explore future solutions focusing on clean, resilient and smart mobility.
