Survey: Prague is seeking insights on transport modelling

The Prague Institute of Planning and Development (IPR Prague) is seeking insight into how other cities and their mobility partners are coordinating transport modelling, with the aim of developing their own approaches. 

IPR Prague, funded by the City of Prague, is responsible for the conceptual development of the Czech capital’s architecture and urbanism, and represents the city in spatial planning matters.

IPR Prague’s Office of Transport Infrastructure is part of this work, creating and consulting on strategic documents on issues including; street redevelopment, the new Prague Airport railway connection, the city ring highway and the Air Quality Improvement Plan.

The office deploys transport modelling as a tool for transportation engineering and city development. As part of an effort to enhance their work, IPR Prague is running a short survey exploring where and how other cities run modelling programmes, and their experiences doing so.
