Host a session at the Annual POLIS Conference 2026

POLIS launches a new call for sessions for the Annual POLIS Conference 2026. This is the chance for organisations and projects in the mobility sector to host, design, and lead their own dedicated sessions at a premier event for sustainable urban mobility in Europe.

On 2–3 December 2026, the Annual POLIS Conference 2026 will return to Brussels, Belgium, and bring together over 1,000 cities, regions, and key stakeholders to shape the future of sustainable transport in cities and regions. The event will take place at THE EGG, a former warehouse turned conference centre, within walking distance of the Brussels South railway and metro station.

For this edition, POLIS is introducing the opportunity for organisations and projects to design and lead a full session aligned with the conference themes. This is a unique opportunity for those who wish to go beyond a single presentation.

The POLIS team will select up to six sessions based their relevance for cities and regions, their innovation dimension, concrete results achieved, suggested speaker line-up, and complementarity. The sessions will take place on Thursday, 3 December 2026, from 14:15 to 16:15, and will be integrated into the official programme and acknowledged on POLIS channels.

Hosting a session costs €2,000 (excl. VAT) and includes room setup, basic AV equipment, two free registrations, and promotion. Additional requirements may incur extra costs, and all speakers and participants must be registered for the conference.

The deadline for submissions is 24 April 2026. The application results will be communicated by 22 May.
