As part of the European Alternative Fuels Observatory (EAFO), POLIS is thrilled to announce the official launch of preparations for the EAFO Consumer Monitor & Survey 2024.
Following the success of the 2023 edition, which became the largest EV survey in Europe, we are now setting the stage for an even more impactful 2024 survey. This initiative comes at a crucial moment for the electric vehicle (EV) market, where shifting dynamics and a temporary slowdown in sales make it vital to capture consumer voices.

With ZE sales facing challenges across Europe, understanding consumer sentiment is more important than ever. In these uncertain times, hearing directly from EV drivers and potential EV adopters will provide valuable insights into the future of electric mobility, as well as support decision-making and capacity-building from public authorities at all levels of governance. The 2024 Consumer Monitor offers a unique opportunity for governments, industry stakeholders, and companies to make informed decisions based on the latest data from across Europe.
Contributing countries & exclusive benefits
For the 2024 Consumer Monitor & Survey, only countries that provide financial support will be included, making it essential for interested parties to step forward. Public authorities are prioritized per country, a joint sponsorship is also possible. In return for their contributions, participating partners will enjoy exclusive benefits, including:
