About RESKILLING

RESKILLING is a Horizon Europe project (2025–2027) that addresses the transformation of the mobility sector brought by Connected, Cooperative, and Automated Mobility (CCAM). The project analyses the socio-economic and employment impacts of CCAM deployment across the entire value chain, and develops innovative training tools, business models, and strategies to support workforce adaptation.

Guided by inclusivity, co-creation, and social innovation, RESKILLING aims to empower Europe’s workforce and businesses to cope with the profound changes in transport while ensuring that opportunities for job creation and skills development are fully realised.

About the Event

The RESKILLING Annual Stakeholder Event provides a space where stakeholders from diverse backgrounds—industry, research, policy, training providers, and international organisations—can connect, share insights, and learn from one another. Participants will gain a clear overview of the project, including its origins, objectives, and early findings from workshops and ongoing research, helping them understand how their expertise can contribute most effectively to RESKILLING’s work.

The event is highly interactive. Through brief presentations, live polling, and breakout discussions, participants will examine the evolving landscape of jobs and skills in the mobility sector and identify opportunities and challenges for training and workforce adaptation. These exchanges directly inform the project, ensuring RESKILLING reflects the needs and priorities of the wider community.

Additionally, the event will introduce the RESKILLING Stakeholder Community platform, a dedicated space to continue engagement after the event. Stakeholders can connect with peers, explore collaboration opportunities, and help shape project outcomes over time. In this way, the event serves not only as a forum for learning and discussion—but also as the starting point for active participation in preparing Europe’s workforce for the future of transport.
