Sustainable Tourism Mobility Forum
Organised by POLIS member the Breda University of Applied Sciences, the European Sustainable Tourism Mobility Forum is taking place in Breda on 26 May 2025.
The European Sustainable Tourism Mobility Forum explores the future of sustainable tourism mobility. This year, the theme is ‘Accelerating the Transition to Sustainable Tourism Mobility,’ inviting participants to explore alternative futures of tourism mobility consumption, examine business model innovation, and discuss the pathways for a just and ethical transition. Organised by POLIS member the Breda University of Applied Sciences, the event aims to strengthen knowledge, raise awareness, and facilitate multi-stakeholder dialogue while aligning tourism and transport agendas.
The Forum consists of panels and interactive sessions, representing a valuable networking opportunity.
The list of speakers features the Netherlands Institute for Transport Policy Analysis (KiM), Better Places, Austria Tourism, NS Dutch Railways, University of Westminster, Corendon, KLM, Axa Partners, SNP Natuurreizen, Belgian Federation of Bus and Coach (FBAA), International Road Transport Union (IRU), Technical University Dortmund, and Transport & Environment.

The Forum is a key event bringing together tourism and transport stakeholders, including public authorities, universities, industry representatives, NGOs, and researchers at national, regional, and European levels.
The Sustainable Tourism Mobility Forum will take place at the campus of Breda University of Applied Sciences, Mgr. Hopmansstraat 2, Breda, the Netherlands, on 26 May 2025, from 9:15 to 17:30 CEST.
