Horizon Europe training & info session

Preparations for Horizon Europe participation are taking a flying start, and the POLIS secretariat is endeavouring to support and involve its members. 

Horizon Europe is the EU’s key funding programme for research and innovation with a budget of €95.5 billion. It tackles climate change, helps to achieve the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and boosts the EU’s competitiveness and growth.

The Horizon Europe training & info session being held 18 May, 2021, will help support POLIS members in navigating the application process, developing projects and identifying topics for future funding opportunities. 2021 is set to be an incredibly exciting year from cities and regions participating in Horizon Europe, with cities set to play a pivotal role in Horizon Europe framework programme through the Climate-neutral and smart cities mission.

This session brings together DG MOVE, international consultants and POLIS members in an event aiming to guide and support local authorities.
