Cycling Industries Europe (CIE) Summit 2022

The premier EU cycling industry event is back and better than ever - and this time in person! The CIE Summit is the event of the year when it comes to cycling industry affairs in Europe. With a star-studded line-up, this high-level event will present the role of cycling in transforming the urban mobility landscape in Europe.

Cycling Industries Europe is hosting yet again the famous CIE Summit, its flagship event. The summit is an annual high-level policy event where the leading companies of the cycling industries get together with crucial Brussels stakeholders. It gathers business leaders to talk about the latest industrial developments, from innovation and sustainability to market intelligence.

It counts with a diverse, star-studded line-up, including Francoise Guaspare (Île-de-France Europe) and Elke Van den Brandt (Minister of Mobility of Brussels), who will be moderator and keynote speaker in the so-called Mobility panel, respectively.

The focus of this 2022 Summit will be to showcase how cycling is revolutionising urban mobility in Europe. In particular, delivering the EU’s Green Deal by changing the way we move and focusing on the opportunities and challenges of the cycling industry. 

There will also be a members-only pre-event on 11 May, where topics including Cycle Logistics, Connected Cycling and ITS, Bike Sharing, and MaaS will be discussed.
