Memorandum of the Stedendriehoek region
The Memorandum of the Stedendriehoek region is the result of a joint exercise in sketching out the spatial planning of the future of the municipalities of Apeldoorn, Brummen, Deventer, Epe, Heerde, Lochem, Voorst and Zutphen, the provinces of Overijssel and Gelderland, and the water boards Vallei en Veluwe, Rijn & IJssel and Drents Overijsselse Delta. The result is a strategic discussion document that helps facilitate constructive dialogue with the national government, provinces, water boards, the Strategic Board and other stakeholders about the joint task of balanced urbanisation towards 2050.
