ITDP: Post-Pandemic, Chinese Cities Gradually Reopen Transport Networks

China was the first country to be impacted by the COVID-19 virus and the early months of 2020 saw major disruptions to travel, economy and society as a whole across much of the nation.

Now that the worst appears to be over for China, cities are gradually beginning to open up again, with social life and travel returning to some extent.

Investigating the patterns of China's return to normal life offers insight for the rest of the world, which will likely be facing similar scenes in the coming months.
