Join the SUM Project as Observer City!

POLIS invite their city members to join the SUM project as part of the City Observers Board.

SUM (Seamless Shared Urban Mobility) aims to transform current mobility networks into innovative shared mobility systems integrated with public transport across Europe.


SUM Objectives:

The objective of SUM is to transform current mobility networks towards New and Shared Mobility Systems (NSM) integrated with public transport (PT) in more than 15 European Cities by 2026 reaching 30 by 2030. Intermodality, interconnectivity, sustainability, safety, and resilience are at the core of this innovation.


Observer cities:

To expand the positive effects of the project to other cities in Europe and so cities can benefit from first-hand experience, SUM is looking to engage with 3 additional European cities.

Eligibility:

If your city is a member of the CIVITAS Network, has a Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan (SUMP), and is committed to sustainability, you’re eligible to apply!


Expectations:

As an Observer City, you’ll contribute to raising the profile of the SUM project, participate in annual meetings, visit Living Labs, and provide data to support the development of SUM’s Pan-European Open Data platform.
