EU Coalition against Real-Driving Emission Tests Comitology results

Polis actively followed this dossier in the course of 2015 and suggested its members to take preventive measures by contacting their national representatives in the TCMV.

In this open letter, the EU organizations are calling MEPs to oppose to the results, as the conformity factor would allow in practical terms an Euro 6 diesel to go beyond 120 mg/km of NOx.

Partly due to this coalition, the Environment Committee voted on Monday 14th against the proposal set forth by the Committee. The final decision will be taken at the European Parliament plenary in January 19/20th 2016.
