Transport Research Centre (CDV)

Centrum Dopravniho Vyzkumu, v.v.i. (CDV), The Centre for Transport Research, is a public research institute that serves as the sole research branch of the Czech Ministry of Transport. It has a tradition of more than fifty years of transport research and development. Its mission is to provide conceptual, methodological information and expertise to the Ministry of Transport, the EC and other national and foreign bodies in need of transport solutions.

CDV is involved in the EU projects Mediate, ECOSTARS, CIVITAS CAPITAL, ENDURANCE, POLITE and POSSE.
