Workshop to review UVAR Topic Guide with focus on Central Europe
The Dynaxibility4CE project aims to support urban municipalities in Central Europe in their endeavour to set up their Urban Vehicle Access Regulations. Thanks to a wide ranging expertise of the project consortium, project partners in Central Europe will receive support in setting up these measures, which curb and control passenger cars and heavy-duty vehicles from entering urban areas. Since Central European cities have their unique socio-economic and environmental challenges, the project aims to updated the UVAR Topic guide with a special chapter on Central Europe to provide assistance to a wider range of cities.
Dynaxibility4CE and POLIS invite all urban municipalities from Central Europe to join our workshop, which will take place on 15 October at 10 AM.
The 90-minute session will include an open exchange on the challenges of establishing UVARs in Central Europe, as well as the potential lessons learned from municipalities, which have already established a system to restrict vehicle access.
