Paris adopts plans to lower emissions

Additional measures include grants to purchase (e)bikes and electric or hybrid taxis, reduced subscription rate for the public car hire scheme Autolib, free parking for electric  and natural gas-powered vehicles and a new public car hire scheme based on utility vehicles (Utilib).
