Online i-DREAMS survey: Call for expert views on safer driving until 30 September

i-DREAMS expert survey is now online: it is possible to complete it to support the research for the i-Dreams system, a smart Driver and Road Environment Assessment and Monitoring System that will help achieving safer driving.

The H2020 funded i-DREAMS project (Safety tolerance zone calculation and interventions for driver-vehicle-environment interactions under challenging conditions) is developing a system that can monitor driver state (e.g. attention/alertness), driving context (e.g. speed limits, weather) and driver behaviour (e.g. lane positioning, headway) in order to assist drivers.

The overall objective of this project is thus to setup a framework for the definition, development, testing and validation of a context-aware ‘safety tolerance zone’ for on-road passenger cars, trucks, buses, trains and trams' driving within a smart Driver and Road Environment Assessment and Monitoring System (i-DREAMS).

Take the online i-DREAMS expert survey until 30 September

To support the research for the system, project partners have developed a survey that needs experts inputs: local authorities, operators, fleet managers and associations are therefore invited to share their views on how to achieve safer driving by completing the survey.

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
