Covenant of Mayors Twinning programme: Submit your applications by 28 September!

The twinning programme is open also to Non-Covenant of Mayors signatories from the EU, under the condition that they will sign up to the European Covenant 2030 framework before their first twinning visit.

The call for a new edition of the twinning programme of the European Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy is now open.

Selected European local and territorial authorities will take part in two types of exchanges: mentoring and peer-to-peer exchanges.

All municipalities, regardless of their size, are invited to apply as mentors, and those who do so will for the first time be able to take part in a mentors-only workshop!

A total of 6 twinning exchanges for municipalities and 1 exchange for Territorial Coordinators will be financed. All related information is available here.
