In Stavanger, the „HjemJobbHjem“ (standing for the home-work-home commute) concept makes it easy for employees to get to their working place by public transport and/or electric bicycles. Involved companies sign a contract and pay a certain fee per month per employee, who then can purchase a mobility card. With the mobility card, employees can use the bus and train system and even electrical bicycles when­ever they like, seven days a week.
