Urban Consolidation Centers: the good, the bad and the ugly
Within its Peer-to Peer Exchange Programme, the VREF Center of Excellence for Sustainable Urban Freight Systems will describe the findings of their research about Urban Consolidation Centers at three of the countries with the longest tradition of UCCs: Japan, The Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. They will discuss the impacts and performance of UCCs, success and failure factors, and inherent challenges.
