Study on Key-Performance Indicators for ITS published by the EC

The identified KPI shortlist of 15 KPIs achieves a relatively even balance between benefit (7 KPIs) and deployment (8 KPIs). The recommended list also seeks to achieve an appropriate balance between the different ITS priority areas of the ITS Action Plan1 and ITS Directive and wider EU policy goals. Severl KPIs have specific urban relevance.
