Invitation to POLIS Breakfast Briefing: The perspective of cities & regions on road vehicle automation

Polis members Gothenburg, Île de France and Madrid will share their views at the event.

The discussion paper on road vehicle automation offers the perspective of Polis members on AV developments and their potential impact on city and regional mobility. The full discussion paper is available here.

Karen Vancluysen, Secretary General of Polis, has said: "Transport authorities need to think about which policies and measures they can adopt to achieve positive outcomes from fully automated vehicles and to avert or mitigate negative ones."

The breakfast briefing will take place on 23 February 2018 at Polis Office (Rue du Trône 98, 1050 Brussels) from 9:00 to 10:30. To attend the event, please fill the registration form by 19 February 2018.
