First Call of SUMPs-UP Innovation Pilot Pool launching soon in Spring 2017. Stay tuned!

SUMPs-Up project is part of a European programme for accelerating the take up of Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans enabling mobility planning authorities to embrace SUMPs, especially in countries where take-up is low and the negative effects of transport are severe.

Polis is tasked to establish an Innovation Pilot Pool of 100 planning authorities, local and regional stakeholders or mobility expert organisations who will receive support to develop their SUMP. Three annual calls will launch, offering 675,000 EUR in total to co-fund learning and capacity building activities, SUMP support to national authorities, and in-depth SUMP development in a numebr of selected cities.

Applications may be submitted by individual subcontractors or joint subcontractors by organisations. The working language will be English.

Furthermore, a travel support facility will be established as part of the IPP, which will allow more mobility practitioners to participate in additional trainings and workshops in Europe.

All useful information including Terms of Reference and an online application form, will be made available in the second half of March 2017. Please check back the Polis website regularly.
