European Day Without A Road Death: The EDWARD project. Submit your Road Safety Days during Mobility Week from 16 to 22 September

EDWARD was launched by the Road Safety Unit of the European Commission's Directorate General for Mobility and Transport in co-operation with the European Traffic Police Network (TISPOL). The campaign's objective is to reduce the number of road fatalities and serious road traffic injuries to the aspirational zero on that day.

National governments, private organisations, public agencies, charity groups, schools, are invited to organise Road Safety Days across Europe.

Road Safety Days are activities and events that raise awareness of risks road users may encounter and that promote safe behaviour and the respect of traffic rules. Any activity promoting road safety culture can be a Road Safety Day, including information and awareness-raising activities in schools and in companies, workshops, conferences and competitions.

The Road Safety Days' interactive map will comprise all activities being organised across Europe during Mobility Week: http://roadsafetydays.eu/look-road-safety-days

Want to see your Road Safety Days on the map? Submit your road safety activities directly on the campaign's website: http://roadsafetydays.eu/usr_account/register .
