Covenant of Mayors Updates Guide on Financing Opportunities

The guide has been developed by the Covenant of Mayors Office with the support of the European Commission, EASME and the European Investment Bank.

It provides an overview of potential financing solutions: grant-based programmes such as Horizon2020, financial instruments, structural and investment funds, technical assistance, etc.

As in the previous version, the updated guide shall helps local authorities when it comes to identifying financing possibilities.  It includes new features, such as financing provided by intermediaries such as the European Investment Bank or local comercial banks.
