Rouen

Rouen Normandy Metropolis is the organizing authority for mobility on a 500,000 inhabitants territory. For many years, it has been pursuing an active policy for the development of public transport and soft mobility. Indeed, mobility has been identified as one of the levers to act jointly on climate issues, social cohesion and the attractiveness of the territory.

Recognized at the national level as a territory of innovation, it joined POLIS so as to share its current experience, but also enrich its reflection on its mobility policy. It commits to participate in the promotion of sustainable mobility in Europe and implement new transport solutions for its inhabitants.

Rouen is involved in the Urb-En-Pact project.
