Manon Coyne

Project & Capital Cities Working Group Manager

Manon joined POLIS in September 2020.

She is involved in several EU-funded projects, including UVAR Box, WE-TRANSFORM, USEPE, MobiDataLab, and EAFO.

She is working on vehicles' urban access regulations, transport automation, the transport workforce, urban air mobility, mobility data sharing, and charging infrastructure installations in cities. Previously, she represented PSA Groupe, a car manufacturer, for EU policy matters. She completed an internship in Paris at SNCF, the French Railway Company, focusing on European travel and ticketing interoperability.

She holds two Master's degrees in European studies from the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po) and Political sciences from the Berlin Free University (FU Berlin). She studied at the Moscow Higher School of Economics as an exchange student and worked at the French Russian Chamber of Commerce for a semester.
