Increased passenger rights by bus and coach trips

Long-distance passengers will also be reimbursed or rerouted if services are cancelled, overbooked or delayed for more than 120 minutes. When long-distance services are cancelled or delayed for more than 90 minutes on journeys of more than three hours, passengers will receive meals, snacks and refreshments. Long-distance reduced mobility passengers will have the right to specific assistance in terminals and on board, including free transport for companions if the company is unable to provide the necessary assistance themselves. Exceptions will be granted in the event of natural disasters or extreme weather conditions.
