Issue #73
March 2013

Dear members,

The European Commission's clean fuel strategy for Europe, launched at the beginning of this year, gave a boost to a lot of European electromobility initiatives. 19 March for example sees the launch of the platform for the electrification of surface transport, an independent policy group of eleven organisations from across industries and transport modes. What else is happening, where Polis is involved and where the possibilities are for Polis members will be shared in a seperate mailing on Thursday this week.

To read the full InfoPolis articles, do not forget to log in to the members area at www.polisnetwork.eu! When you are logged in as a member, you will have access to a considerably enhanced database of documents, events and news compared to the public website.

New documents available online include the presentation on funding opportunities within the EC's "Do the right mix" campaign as well as the agendas of the upcoming Polis Traffic Efficiency working group and the SUMP seminar in Madrid. Contact us if you do not know your login details.

Yours sincerely,
Sylvain Haon
Secretary General
