Dear Members,

I am pleased to announce that Polis president Transport for Greater Manchester will host the 2018 Annual Polis Conference on 22 and 23 November at the Manchester United Old Trafford Stadium, Manchester. The day before the conference, on 21 November, our Annual General Assembly will be held at the same location. Keep an eye on our event page to make sure you don't miss any of the following steps.

I would also like to remind you that you can contribute to the Draft Action Plan on Urban Mobility prepared by the Partnership for Urban Mobility of the EU Urban Agenda. Take part in the public survey until Friday, 16 March 2018 and provide your input on the themes and actions that are most relevant to your city or region!

Polis represented at the ERRIN Working Group meeting in Brussels

Thomas Mourey, Project Officer, presented the network and the electromobility projects in which Polis is and was involved, including FREVUE, ZeEUS, ELIPTIC, SEEV4City and CleanMobilEnergy.

Polis Represented at CoR stakeholder consultation

Luana Bidasca, Policy Officer, attended the stakeholder consultation organized by the Committee of the Regions Rapporteur for the Clean Mobility Package Mr. Michiel Scheffer (NL/ALDE), Vice-Governor of the Province of Gelderland.

Polis Secretary General Karen Vancluysen attended the 80th UNECE Inland Transport Committee Annual Meeting

At the event, held on 20 February in Geneva, Ms. Vancluysen spoke about passenger intermodality in cities and regions. Find more information here.
