On 25 and 26 June 2015, the third edition of "wocomoco" will be held in Insbruck, Austria, the world congress on collaborative mobility. Polis supports the 3rd World Collaborative Mobility Congress as policy partner, which focuses on sharing journeys, transport modes and infrastructure.
In between collective and individual transport new peerto-peer based networks are emerging, boosting new types of individual mobility beyond private car-ownership. Wocomoco is committed to promoting all forms of “Collaborative Mobility” and forms the international platform for all stakeholders in the field of collaborative mobility.
The conference programme features more than 50 speakers from all over the world and plenty of room for debates. Polis' Ivo Cré contributes to the panel discussion "Regulating between public and private transport".
Other speakers include Oliver Schmerold, CEO OEAMTC; Andrew McKellar, FIA Secretary General for Automobile Mobility and Tourism; Peter Goetschi, President of the Touring Club of Switzerland, Jerome Pourbaix, Head of Policy and Outreach UITP; Oleg Kamberski, Head Passenger Transport at the International Road Transport Union IRU; Andreas Rubinski, CEO of Mobility International AG; Thomas Hengstermann, Head of moovel Sales & Service and Scott Le Vine, Professor at the Imperial College London.
