Individual mobility in EU cities by 2030

12 January 2012 Brussels

The European Automotive Forum is an initiative of FEBIAC, the Belgian Automobile Federation, with the support of ACEA, the European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association. Polis will deliver a presentation about parking.

Urban mobility is a key issue addressed within the recently published EU white paper on transport policy. The EAF2012 takes this opportunity to bring together European, national and local policy makers, the automotive industry and other mobility stakeholders to debate on “How individual mobility needs will be fulfilled in the cities of tomorrow?”

In four sessions, the EAF2012 will tackle the following themes: energy, urban infrastructures, new vehicles & mobility concepts and the connection between them through ITS. These sessions will be followed by a closing political debate on “What should be the future of individual mobility in European cities?”
