Editorial

Dear members,

I am proud to announce that the 4th issue of 'Thinking Cities' has been released, featuring an impressive number of Polis members! We produce this magazine in cooperation with publisher H3B. The new issue titled "Planning the thinking city" was launchedat last week's International Transport Forum (ITF) in Leipzig, Germany, where Polis also hosted two side events; one jointly with EMTA about cities and coach transport and one on cutting edge solutions within the framework of the TIDE and SOLUTIONS projects. Read more about both ITF activities in this InfoPolis.

As you will also see in this issue, several funding opportunities are becoming available, with the LIFE call that has just been launched and the INTERREG Europe call which will open later this month. We also offer you a sneak preview of the urban mobility topics in the H2020 2016-2017 work programme.

As usual, finally a reminder to please login to the Polis website as a member to access all information addressed to Polis members only (green headline)! If you do not know your login details, please contact us!

I wish you a pleasant read!

Yours sincerely,
Karen Vancluysen
Secretary General
