Dear members,

One more Polis member has been decorated with a prestigious mobility award. Congratulations to Tisséo and Toulouse for recently having won the Ashden Awards for Sustainable Travel!

Among other news from around the European mobility scene, this week I am please to provide you with a look back at a highly successful final conference of the EPTA project in Brussels the past week.

Save the date: 4th EPA-Polis workshop - on-street parking - 19 September Lisbon

The 4th EPA-Polis workshop will take place in Lisbon on the 19th of September. The workshop will be part of the Iberian Parking Congress, and will focus on standardised approaches for on-street parking. Polis members and technology providers will build a case for a best practicies to manage the streets!

EPTA project presented outcomes at its final conference

EPTA aimed at identifying a Model of a Public Transport Authority (PTA) as a powerful tool of governance. One of the main findings of the project is its PTA model for small and medium-size cities.

Conference Summary: Second European Electromobility Stakeholder Forum

The EU's three flagship electromobility projects Green eMotion, FREVUE and ZeEUS presented their findings and plans on electromobility in Europe, covering topics such as roaming, standardisation, electric urban freight and the benefits of electric vehicles to society and the environment.
