Editorial

Dear members,

With a few new projects about to start soon, and an increasing number of European consultations for Polis and its members, we continue to offer a broad range of topics on innovation and transport for you to be involved in at the European level.

We are happy to have received a large number of expression of interests for the upcoming call for proposals and we will do our best to support you joining successful bids.

We have the pleasure this month to welcome our new colleague Florinda Boschetti. Florinda is involved in the Environment and Health pillar and is working on the European project MOLECULES (ICT for electric vehicles), CIVITAS VANGUARD and the three-year Sustainable Urban Mobility campaign. In the past Florinda worked in the PRESTO project at the European Cyclists’ Federation, and has extensive knowledge on cycling policies and planning liveable communities. She holds a Masters degree in Urban, Regional and Environmental Planning and a Doctorate in engineering focusing on slow mobility and town planning.

Yours sincerely,
Sylvain Haon
