Editorial

Dear members,

As always at this busy time of the year in the run-up to summer, many urban mobility events are taking place around Europe. Polis and its members have been very present in the European transport arena. Read all about our successful side event at the International Tranport Forum in Leipzig, which welcomed a packed room of participants and positioned Polis once more as a forerunner in field of active travel and health. Our Polis President, Pex Langenberg from Rotterdam, also represented the network at this major summit and talked about how his city tackles air quality challenges. Polis also participated in the 4th e-Mobility Stakeholder Forum last week in Brussels, moderating a session representing several key projects in which we are involved with our members, such as EAFO, ZEEUS and FR-EVUE. Talking about electromobility, we hope to see many of you at our event and working group meeting that will be hosted by Rotterdam on 16-17 June. Finally, I'm very happy to inform you that we received a lot of abstracts as a response to our annual conference call for speakers. The Polis team is busy with reading and selecting the best presentations to be able to once more serve you an excellent and innovative Polis conference programme, which we'll publish in the second half of this month.
