Editorial

Dear members,

a happy, healthy and joyful new year to all of you and welcome to the first edition of InfoPolis in 2016!

The beginning of this new year is packed with relevant and interesting events: Later this month, we invite cities, regions, the EU institutions and associations for breakfast to introduce Polis' latest policy paper on the smart cities. Until March alone, the Polis Working Groups on bike sharing, road safety, traffic efficiency and parking will meet.

Read details about these and many more events in this InfoPolis and also keep an eye on the Polis website's events calendar. Also our overview of key events helps identifying the most relevant events for you throughout the year.

Please login to the Polis website as a member to access all information addressed to Polis members only (green headline)! If you do not know your login details, please contact us.

For now, I wish you a pleasant read!

Yours sincerely,

Karen Vancluysen
Secretary General
