FOT-Net project is organising a seminar on the FESTA methodology for beginners in Pisa on 9-10 May

Ministers from over 50 countries along with key transport leaders from public administration, business and academia will meet at the Annual Summit of the International Transport Forum to debate transport issues of strategic importance.

Second of a series of four, this workshop will bring together participants to learn about effective solutions for green urban transport based on experiences from CIVITAS cities. 

TRA 2012 will for the first time, deal extensively with all surface transport modes: road, rail and waterborne, and underline interlinks between them.

CIVITAS MODERN and CIVITAS VANGUARD will hold a training workshop on social inclusion in urban transport and mobility systems. The focus will be on different target groups, existing factors of exclusion (physical, geographical, economic, time-based, fear-based) and how they can be remedied.

The final conference of the CARE-North project will examine a range of sustainable mobility solutions. CARE-North stands for Carbon responsible transport strategies for the North Sea Area.

CIVITAS VANGUARD would like to invite you to a webinar on changing travel behaviour of children and young adults. It will take place from 14:00 - 14:45 on 2 March 2012.

The workshop will highlight the importance of road safety operations on local and regional roads (secondary network) and will give advise to regional authorities. It is jointly organised by PILOT4SAFETY and BALTRIS.

A workshop for cities and regions on improving urban freight deliveries will take place at Polis in Brussels on the 21st of February. The workshop will aim at installing a dialogue around the development of new operations and vehicle technologies.

The conference looks at L-category vehicles - smaller, lighter, more specialised - to bring innovation to mobiity. L-category vehicles include mopeds, motorcycles, tricycles and quadricycles.
