Rent our Meeting Room

Polis proposes an excellent location for networking: Two equipped meeting rooms (a conference centre and a flexible room) and a spacious and relaxing lobby. The venue is accessible for disabled persons.

The conference centre can accommodate up to 50 people and the flexible room up to 25 people. Both rooms are equipped with a projector, a computer, a free wireless connection and a flipchart.

Prices to rent

• Conference Centre: EUR 450/day, EUR 320/half a day.
• Flexible room: EUR 340/day, EUR 210/half day.

Welcome coffee, morning and afternoon coffee are included in the price.
For Polis members, using the meeting rooms is free of charge.

Seminar packages

If you wish to organise a lunch or a reception we offer a selection of seminar packages based on the formula: room hire + unlimited coffee and water + lunch + equipment (projector, computer, wireless connection and flipchart). Prices upon request.

Polis members benefit from a 30 % reduction on the seminar packages.
